We also boast our own plating manufacturing process to ensure quality and on time delivery.
With all core operations in house we have full control of all our processes. Our EMCA GmbH manufacturing facility is VG-qualified, and we focus on the highest quality standards and work continuously to keep and improve our level of quality. Our management system is certified to EN9100:2018.
EMCA backshells are always available in a RoHS and REACH compliant version using the innovative EMCA Hybrid Surface Finish. This finish was developed as an alternative for Cadmium olive drab, Zinc Nickel, Zinc Cobalt, and other finishes that may not meet current environmental standards. It is fully intermatable with those and other finishes of the corresponding connectors, without interfering with their features or performance. This means EMCA Interconnect can provide technically equivalent RoHS and REACH compliant backshells as a direct replacement for legacy non-compliant components.
